Payment is due at the start of the cleaning. Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Square, Papal, are accepted.

Standard housecleaning and standard office cleaning are offered.

My hours are 10-5

Cleans are offered on a weekly, biweekly, monthly or one time cleaning as scheduling allows.

Standard clean - see worksheet - Mon - Fri $50-$65/hr,

Sat - Sun $60-$75/hr.

Specialty Clean - see worksheet - Mon - Fri $65/hr $25 per specialty item

Sat - Sun $75/hr plus a $25 per specialty item.

10% off standard clean with a successful referral.

Loading and unloading the dishwasher is available as a standard clean item.

In home laundry washing, up to 2 loads, is available as a specialty item, if detergent is provided.

Refrigerator Cleaning available on a case by case basis as a specialty item.

I am not available on the following holidays - Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas, New Years eve.

No party or move in/move out clean ups.

Bounced Check - any fees I incur as a result of a bounced check are added to the cost of the next clean and no further checks will be accepted.

Cancellations within 48 hrs will be charged the regular cleaning fee, cancellations within a week in advance will be charged half the regular cleaning fee, with the exception of illness or other emergency, in which case the clean will be rescheduled.

Inability to access the property will be treated as a same day cancellation.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All sales are final
